Hi regarding the picture quality it is blury, on the black is more so like a patchy, I have tried changing the settings and still no better, as the freeview and apps are built in I only need the hdmi lead to conne t to the lappy, and that is perfect picture , so when back on tv channels its very disappointing, as for the remote I know it isnt the batteries as every other button works its just the main ok/menu button when hit , the tv doesnt respond well to it, if at all.
I have had a samsung led smart e series and no trouble
what are my options and what else can I try ?0 -

Ahh, this further info may change things.
if the picture is fine from HDMI but poor on the tuner, then the screen itself isn't faulty. Do you have the same issues on the hd channels (101 upwards until you get to the !!!!!!)? If not, then it might just be that you're watching channels that are sending crap quality picture to the TV and there's nothing much any tv can do to improve that.
Is the OK button unresponsive when you're in the smart apps or just all the time? The E6 does have a slow processor in it, so when using smart apps it can become unresponsive for a time. I've found that when doing demos. By the time i've got the E6 to load some screens, the ET61 and FT models have already loaded the next few steps.0
