As you will (should) have read, you are experiencing the expected action.

    It will stop eventually

You only need to take notice if you get any correspondence from court (come back if you do)

(Or stop it now by paying up!)

And you are sure this will work?

No - they will very likely ignore it, or continue sending you the more aggressive/frequent set of letters.

So you need to stop taking these scunnering bams seriously and ignore them right back!

These calls will quite possibly be Roxburgh pretending to be Graham White again. They have been pulled up/investigated for this several times in the past.

I just copied this from another forum:

This will just be a phone monkey from debt collectors Roxburghe - who also call pretending to be a solicitors called Graham White - chasing some spurious / hopeless / unenforcable 'debt' they've bought for a fraction of its 'value'.

Roxbughe's speciality is scaring little old ladies into paying car parking 'fines' with threats of court and ballifs and court etc. (will never happen - they'd get their a***s kicked in court.) Nasty people. My advice: ignore.

Igfnore, ignore and then ignore some more.

No, recently UKPC have been using a firm called Gordon and Noble in Scotland - Who are possibly even worse than Roxburgh for trotting-out utter codswallop in order to try and scare payment out of people.

OP - these guys really are the lowest of the low and every threat reported here is a lie -so let this thread give you an idea of just how low they will go! :)

Thanks for the correction - it all makes sense now.

They are all trying to create an image of official legality and thus scare folks into responding and paying.

Despicable trash - all of them.

Continuing on from the letter today I received a call from Roxburgh solicitors, it was my son who answered the call but i wasnt in at the time so he just hung up. What should I do now?
Search the forum for 'Roxburghe phone calls'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
