    Aren't there any free payg sims being given away with a small amount of credit on them anymore? The last time I needed a holding sim to pac into there was quite a few. It was quite a number of years ago and before the credit crunch so I guess the networks can't afford to give out such freebies any longer.

    The People's Operator (TPO) have a free SIM with £10 credit; I don't know about shifting PAC.

    Ovivo have a SIM which you buy, but which includes free usage each month.
