EE - Shared plan problem.../warning

I had 3 out-of-contract SIMs on separate T-Mobile accounts. Looked on the EE website and phoned them up.

I opted for an HTC One on one of the accounts and a £41+VAT "shared plan - 6Gb". They said I can have up to 4 SIMs on the same plan. I asked if I could move the other two SIMs to the same account so I'd get all 3 on the same plan for £41. Yes, they said.

SIMs arrive... no problem. Phone arrived a week later (despite being told I would get it next day, guaranteed.)

But now they are charging me £41+£10+£10/month... There is an extra charge on the extra SIMs. Again this wasn't something promised on the phone.

Anybody else have experience of this?
