And what if it wasn't that car that caused the damage?
He's not even sure it happened there.InsideInsurance wrote: »It could have been but the car was washed on Sunday and so I checked it after that. The only two places it had been before it was noticed on Tuesday night was at home and at the station car park.
I dont believe it could have happened at home given where its parked but in theory it could have been on Monday at the station but I suspect I'd have noticed it0 -
Why do you need a car costing £425 a day?
I dont, and I wouldnt accept one, but if I go to credit hire they would push for a like for like replacement and my own vehicle comes in at an ABI agreed maximum of £425 a day and very few credit hire companies charge less than the maximum the ABI says they can.
When having a conversation with the TPI I'd simply point out my intention of going to credit hire as a way of focusing their minds, I have no need to say I'd reject my entitlement for a like for like hire.0
