Can anyone please tell us how to replace a piece of roof felt on our garden shed ?

Hi all,
A piece of roof felt has been blown of our shed.
Can anyone please tell us how to replace it ? For info, the roof felt is less than 4ft by 3ft and the shed is not flat surfaced; namely it is 'V'-shaped.
Any help would be much appreciated as we don't want to pay a roof specialist for what should be fairly minimal repair work but we could be wrong as we are not experts !
