Hotel for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland?

Probably best going for somewhere near the Central line like Stratford area as the best route for you is down the M11 which takes you to just North of Stratford.
M1 or A1 route will take about the same time and will give a better choice of Premier Inns with free parking. Parking is chargeable at the Stratford Premier Inn as it is at the Westfield shopping centre.0 -
I know you mention that you like Premier Inn's best but in case you are open to other budget hotel options Travelodge have some good sale rates on family rooms for December currently. For example a family room at Cricklewood Travelodge is £27 for Friday 19 December and £35 for the Saturday and similar rates for the weekend before. It is near the M1 and there is the no 16 bus that runs direct every 6 minutes from Cricklewood Broadway where the hotel is situated to Marble Arch or Victoria (for Buckingham Palace). There is Kilburn tube station 10-15 minutes walk away or a few minutes walk away is Cricklewood train station that goes in St Pancras. Parking is chargeable at £7.50 a day in their car park but still makes the rates cheap. Seems to have mainly good reviews on tripadvisor.

Children aged 10 and under travel free on London transport and adults would do best to get an Oyster card (£5 refundable deposit and top up as required). You can either get the desposit and any small change returned at a tube station when you hand back the card or keep for any future visits.0 -
