    In the nicest possible way I don't think CCC should be used to message people who have deliberately chosen to turn their pm facility off, they have obviously made the decision that they do not want to be contacted with any issue regarding mse :)

    also, there does seem to be quite a few people who don't receive pm's and so potentially we could end up with a page full of messages ;)
