Going back to the OP, some flights were managing to land as the conditions were varying all the time so it was correct to try to get to the destination, which after all is what the passengers want!When we landed, it was 22 Gusting 30, About 15-18kt of XW. When we departed, it was 25G35. This at about 12 o'clock
it was smoothish above 5,000' coming up. Bouncy from 3,000' and below. On departure, it was bouncy up to 10,000. We managed it pretty well on the departure (really really really nervous passenger). This at about 5 o'clock
