Tuesday - Lasagne (mix of beef, hidden veg, soya etc)
Wednesday - Chicken breast topped with cheese and bacon with BBQ sauce

Great idea. I'[ve been meaning to get sort with this.

Monday - Bolgonaise with baked potato
    Tuesday - Roast veg omelette
    Wedneday - mushroom curry
Thursday - quorn pieces stirfry (with Thai/curry/indian herbs/spices as I fancy!)
Friday - veggie sausages, mash and onion gravy

Packed lunches most days - salad from fridge/garden, with avocado or cheese.
Weekends tend to be less organised - but the above should help to clear out the fridge this week, with very little shopping to do.
