Here is my meal plan for this week:
Saturday:Folks down and taking us for a meal:D
Sunday:Roast Lamb, Yorkies, Roasties, Mash, Cabbage, Carrots, Cut Beans & Gravy
Monday:Lamb Chops, New Pots, Cut Beans & Peas
Tuesday:Sausage Cassarole & Baked Potatoes
Wednesday:Chicken Breast, Boiled Spuds, Carrots & Cabbage
Thursday:Shepherds Pie, Peas & Sweetcorn
Friday:Scampi, Chips & Salad
So, whats everyone else having

Hi, my plan for the week is:-
Sat: Pork chops (baked with cream of mushroom soup) and roast potatoes
Sun: Pasta bolognaise
Mon: Turkey casserole
Tue: Corn beef hash
Wed: Pork and veg stirfry and noodles
Thur: omelette
Fri: Lentil and vegetable curry
All with lots of veg - especially since I got reduced orange peppers and aubergines in Mr T.
I'm amazed that I'm first to reply - usually end up posting mid-weekworking on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?0 -
Heres mine for the week, and may I say thanks to all the posters who helped me out with ideas for what to make with my limited supply of food! :beer:
Saturday - Chicken casserole with new potatoes, broccoli and peas
Sunday - Potato, onion and cheese bake with baked tomatoes and broccoli
Monday - Moussaka with carrots and broccoli
Tuesday - Veggie Shepherds pie with carrots and broccoli
Wednesday - Moussake with carrots and broccoli
Thursday - Salmon steak with new potatoes, baked tomato and peas
Friday - Chicken breast filled with philadelphia, new potatoes, broccoli & peas0 -
Here's mine:
Sat: HM Pizza and salad
Sun: Roast chicken
Mon: Chicken stir fry and egg fried rice
Tues: Jacket spud and chicken salad (let hope that chicken is extra rubbery)!
Weds: Veggie grills and curry rice

I'm so glad I got into meal planning - I keep a spreadsheet of it - it's so easy for me to make sure we're not having the same-old same-old all the time.
This week:
Saturday: Gammon for DH, French onion soup for me
Sunday: Bolognese
Monday: Chicken Pie
Tuesday: Something Moroccan with lamb (just got a Moroccan cookbook in Lakeland's sale)
Wednesday: We're at the Royal Show,so will be eating out
Thursday: Souffle
Friday: Fish, see what we fancy when we get to the fishmonger
Saturday: Chilli Beef Piadines0 -
Saturday: veggie burgers and rice in wraps with HM seasoned wedges
Sunday: quorn escalopes (yay reduced) with roast pots and mixed veg
Monday: baked potatoes with mystery lentil stuff found in freezer
Tuesday: veggie chilli and baked bean with cheesy mash topping pie thing and mixed veg
Wedsensday: Veggie fingers, corn fritters and baked beans
Thursday: veggie sausages, new pots and mixed veg

As I need to defrost the fridge ready for the new one coming on Friday I was forced into rooting around and making plans! :eek:
Monday: lambs liver with onions with garden peas (all in freezer) and mashed potato
Tuesday: sausages and onions with sweetcorn and noodles (all in freezer)
Wednesday: chilli with garden peas (both in freezer) and rice
Thursday: chicken livers with assorted veg in a stir fry and noodles (all in freezer)
Friday: yet more sausages and onions with green peas and noodles (all in freezer):p

Chicken/Ham & Cheese burgers
Spanish Stew with Crsuty Bread
Sausages & Mash
Have also made a massive fruit salad containing apples, oranges, pineapple, mango, papaya, melon, bananas, strawberries, passion fruit, and kiwi, so should help with the kids fruit intake as they love it. Hope to do some baking this week as well starting with delicious breakfast muffins.Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!0
