...and you also must have missed the section about small claims in that sticky thread? Please read it anyway even if 4Consumerrights has sent you a defence. You need to know what's what and you need to know what is already posted in links in the sticky thread I wrote about small claims (in the NEWBIES sticky you say you've read).

If you have not got a defence wording sorted please pm me what you've put together after reading all the advice.
