    I'd consider the little retail splurge as a treat to myself, enjoy it while it lasts and then get my head back into money saving.

    I don't know anyone who's been on a diet and not bought themselves a wee cake once in a while as a pick me up. So why should it be any different if you're cash-dieting instead?

    I found that on the homes board as well. Really unfriendly place to be! Left them too it after that, they can keep their cr@ppy attitude and their cr@ppy board!

    Hey everyone thanks for all your support yesterday god it was a crap one!!
    Looking baack now, yes i may have stuffed myself stupid but hey, went up to DP and he was pratting about so burnt off mega calories trying to sort him out!
    May have spent some money but have had a very enjoyable but careful read of my fave mag, being careful not to crease and will return to the shop today!!
    Yes i've realised although i slipped slightly it's made me focus again and everyone has to have a treat sometimes!!

    have just e-mailed abuse again as posts are still on the site byy that looser and he's been at it again overnight. makes me sad that i have some knowledge due to my job that can help people out but due to trolls like that it shall remain my knowledge be of no help others.

    Still bollards to it hey!! got a bloomin good appointment today which should be of benefit to the DFW campaign so looking forward to that.
