Don't beat yourself up too much! We all go through these stages - I brought myself two tops last friday amounting to £19.20 not bad I thought but then have still spent this week regretting it!

HI Taxi, thanks for the support, I've put a coment back to him that if he wishes to undermine my integrity in such a manner to PM me rather than do it in public!! and reported someone for posting calling people prats,
do they not realise how much of a commodity we have here, where you can ask for help and pearls of wisdom completely free of charge on any matter whatsoever, and that acting in that way just undermines the work that the site is trying to do! Grrrr it makes me mad. This site has kept many people afloat at the worst hours of their lives and i don't hesitate to add probably kept some people with us on earth to.
Idiots like that really don't deserve to be here.

I pledge my faith and undying devotion purely to the DFW board as of now!! (ok and occasionally the gambling loopholes board to)

Slap.. and then hugs... At least most of it was good for you (running mag, fruit & veg).. I did same today out of stress but went for cigarettes (meant to be stopping :mad:), was meant to be going out tonight so was going to use excuse of last legal evening of smoking in pubs but got cancelled so am sitting in house with them.. grr. Last packet though... I hope...
