:T :T Hi all,
My Jabra BT500 headset stopped working last Friday - it ran out of charge, and would not then take a charge. Not too happy there.
I emailed Jabra to ask "what could be done about this" Email received back from Jabra before 9am on Monday morning, very efficient, with details to send to an address in Oxford and the item would be forwarded to Holland for inspection.
Duly posted the said headset as per instructions on Monday afternoon.
This morning (Friday 4 days later) shock horror DHL at the door with a package. Was not expecting anything. HEY it was only a brand new and boxed Jabra BT500V headset and covering note. Excellent customer services. Well happy.
Eay to see it was a "foreign" company (Dutch) Phoned them to express my thanks and the switchboard operator was speachless.
Well done Jabra.:T :T :T
