Each generation has different challenges that they have to face. If you're not happy with the current challenges they face then may be a reality check is in order as previous generations have had to face much bigger and worse problems.
Pathetic. "We suffered, so now you can suffer". Bullying and selfishness in full effect there, real classy.0 -
Just because your empty argument has crashed and burned and been debunked there's no need to throw your toys out of your cot....EchoLocation wrote: »Pathetic.0 -

how is that possible?
unless we are destroying houses or they are being left empty then some-one is living in them
maybe they just aren't people you care about?
Are you aware higher prices make things harder to buy? (in times of sensible lending that is)Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

As the past has shown, declining house prices go hand in hand with a depressed economy and high unemployment.
Maybe you should wish a prosperous economy with good job prospects to those many people you so care about, instead of a house on the cheap.Don't blame me, I voted Remain.0 -

higher prices may make it harder to buy but as there are the same number of houses available; so if one of your friends don't occupy it them someone else will.
you seem to be suggesting that your friends are more worthy that the actual occupants?0 -

If prices are highers surely it is higher both those a do and don't care about.
My point is why should I celebrate, all the money I have earned is in the bank, I have done nothing to deserve any hpi and people I care about have done nothng to derserve to pay such HPI.
Is it really so hard to believe some of can see past our own noses?Have my first business premises (+4th business) 01/11/2017

I too would prefer lower prices but if the higher prices are being paid then people are no being priced out.
The solution of course is to build more houses and/or for people to live in smaller properties.0
