This presumes the FB team for Tesco are actually Tesco - they could easily be a PR company employed to handle Tesco's FB page. (e.g. Aldi's FB page is actually (mis)handled by Weber Shandwick).
No, they are Tesco. It's just that they would have access to the Clubcard system, but not the Clubcard Boost system (nothing to do with email systems) - just that there wouldn't have access to the codes.
What I'm not clear about though, is why if you wanted to order the Hudl on-line the Boost order you did was for in-store ones?I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -
