Flight Compensation - SUCCESS

Hi, I started my attempt to claim compensation for 2 flights with Thomas Cook last August. Initially Thomas Cook said "sorry due to extraordinary reasons your claim is rejected" I asked and asked for a specific "Extraordinary" reason, but nothing. I wrote to the CAA, but still nothing. So I wrote to Thomas Cooks CEO and would you believe it SUCCESS!!! Anyone who flew on flights TCX1136, Gatwick to Faro 18/06/2011 or flight TCX 305K Gatwick to Faro 11/09/2010 then give it a go.
