Changing from BT to Sky?

Hi,

I am currently with BT Broadband (up to 1 meg and we can't get any faster in our area) and want to change to Sky. Can anyone tell me the process - will I be without t'internet at all during the change?? Many thanks

Get your MAC from your current ISP

Select the package, Base, Mid or Max and order it.

When Sky has gone live terminate your existing contract/direct debit.

If all goes well, and sometimes it does you should only be off line for an hour or two. If it goes wrong you could be without broadband for 3 months, like I was.
