Littlewoods Credit

Hi All,
New user to MSE so apologies if I'm posting in the wrong section,
Me and my partner need a replacement TV so I applied for a littlewoods account yesterday and was given a £500 limit. We found what we wanted (50" Panasonic including next day delivery £514 after 10% new members discount £462.60 item number 43UVQ1A) and ordered it last night around 8pm to be delivered to a different address, I never received a order confirmation so logged on to my orders only to see status rejected, So I emailed Customer services to see what was going on. I received an email at 9.30 asking me to call the underwriting department, I called them explained situation and was transferred and cut off whilst being transferred, I rang back waited in a queue and carried on (after having to explain what was going on again) I was told it was because I wanted the order shipped to another address.
Because of this they cancel my order and manually override the address problem (but the order is for now £514 - first order 10% discount code had already been used so I have to call back when I have received the order and they will manually adjust it). They put the order through but I was told it would have to pay a deposit (first time I had heard of it but it was only £36 so I decided to pay it)
They transferred me to another department and I started to make the payment. The lady asked me to punch in my card details on my keypad so I did this, but I was told there was a problem and tried again, she then talked me through how to make a payment online and this never worked either (error on there site), so she tried it over the phone again but still no luck. I was told to keep trying to make a payment online and to call back. I explained to the lady I was a bit unhappy about what was going on but was promised I would receive my order once payment was received.
I continued to try and pay online, but it was still not working so I called them back, explained the situation again to them, they cancelled the order and put it through again and asked for my payment details this time to take £40 (last order was £36?? Unsure why it's now £40) I queried the amount and was told it was something to do with my 10% discount but it doesn't matter because it all comes off the total amount anyway. I decided to go ahead with the order and pay the £40 so I punched my card details in and payment goes through. The lady says my order is complete, so I'm happy that it's all done. I wait and receive my confirmation from them only to find it's been sent to the wrong address 3 days after the date of the order (even though it's next day delivery)
Because I have spent over £15.00 on phone calls today to littlewoods I do not want to waste anymore money calling them so I emailed there customer services explaining what was going on and was told they cannot change address but I can ring them to cancel the order and re order in the correct address. I replied asking for a manager to call me ASAP.
That brings us to now,
What I would like to know is
has anybody had any similar experiences with littlewoods and what were the outcomes?
Will I receive my goods?
Why is next day delivery 3 days away?
Does there payment system often go down - I don't want to get fines for late payments because there system was broken
Can I ask them to re-imburse me for the £15.00 worth of calls I had to make to them?
Is it worth just cancelling the order and asking for a refund?
Thanks for reading guys any response is welcome, I'm just worried I've been had, I thought littlewoods were a large reputable company, I'm beginning to wonder.....

Why is next day delivery 3 days away?
According to their website under next day delivery*Orders on a Friday are expected to be delivered on a Saturday and will arrive at the latest on a Monday. You'll receive an SMS on the morning of delivery to confirm your delivery date. Please note we do not deliver on Sundays.
so if you ordered today and the confirmation states it will be delivered monday that would be in line with the T&Cs.Will I receive my goods? Can I ask them to re-imburse me for the £15.00 worth of calls I had to make to them?Is it worth just cancelling the order and asking for a refund?
Whether its then a god idea to place a new order with them I suppose depends on whether you can buy the same item for the same price or cheaper elsewhere. If you can I would probably do that rather than order again from them.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
First order, none account address, high value = high fraud warning.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Littlewoods are a right pain because of the sheer number of frauds they attract and so, unfortunately, you do have to jump through some daft hoops. Sadly, I dont think you'll get your £15 back at all, it is just the cost of doing business.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it
