I ordered 3 dvds from Zoverstocks via Amazon. only one has turned up, the other 2 still waiting after 9 days. I have sent 3 emails with only one response which asked for details of order number (which they already had as it was encrypted in the message sent via Amazon)
Still no response and no dvds. They have them marked as dispatched in my Amazon order.
As they are not responding through Amazon what else can I do ?

If you aren't getting any joy from the seller then you can file a claim through Amazon themselves, it is really similar to a case on Ebay and they will look into it for you.0 -
Just looked at my Play.com account and I had a similar problem with Zoverstocks when they sent me a shabby dvd advertised as new. Why didn't I remember.0

Still not arrived and yet they tell me I must be patient and wait till 25th feb before I can file a claim. There is no option for filing against Amazon.
Why do they give such ridiculous delivery time spans ? Is the war still on ?0 -

I had the same over Christmas from play.com via zoverstocks. I did get a full refund (eventually) but will never use again.Please do not quote spam as this enables it to 'live on' once the spam post is removed.
If you quote me, don't forget the capital 'M'
