I'm finding this service to be too 'sensitive'. I don't really want to be e-mailed every time a CC provider updates their records nor do I need an e-mail telling me a search has been made, only to find it was me running a report on Equifax Gold!!
Cancelled by e-mail & got an acknowledgement after a few days.
