I enter about 1000 comps a month and there is no way I remember even a tiny proportion of what I enter, so posts like Littleholly's are very useful for me. Thanks Littleholly!0

Thanks I understand, and I did do a search but couldn't find anything
Not being funny or anything but I think if someone entered the comp before they would have remembered if they did it twice and also everyone knows your not allowed to do a comp twice or else it wouldn't be fair.
You are taking it a bit personally here - everyone duplicates posts now and again - everyone make others aware they are already posted (also so they can be merged.)
Yes im pleased you have helped people, give yourself a pat on the back!!!
There is no need to be sarky, and when you enter about 500+ comps a week (many of those thanks to people on here
) you need a darn good memory to remember them all! Especially with so many site offering the same prizes.
And there are certain site who do allow and encourage daily entries

I couldn't find the goody bag, but did enter 4 a trip to Milan!
I think its rude when people just put POSTED HERE, maybe if they put it in a sentence being polite about it etc. Chris obviously took time and effort to post this, and I reckon it would be annoying/upsetting to see its already been done!I'm getting older, and lifes getting harder!:mad:0 -
It's not rude at all. People who are busy just entering comps don't have time to read lots of blurb and a quick, efficient post to let me know it has been posted before is all I need.
What I DO find rude is the sarkiness from the original poster, it is uncalled for.0 -

Au contraire, its not rude at all, its actually very helpful & is the established way the board works by peeps looking out for each other.
Everyone is very welcome on this forum and its great when someone takes the time to find a comp & share it with the rest of us. So thanks Chris for posting.
As others have said no one is being rude to you. I hope you won't think me rude as well, but could I suggest that you add the end date of the comp to the title to your original post (click edit, then 'go advanced') as it'll help the board guides when moving threads to game over. From MSE Martin - Some General Tips On Holiday Home Organisations and Sales Meetings
