Barclaycard Interest offers - Lowered interest for 2 years

Hi All,
Not sure how much this will help, but I contacted Barclaycard the other week and they were pretty ruede on the phone when I asked if they had any offers? E.g Interest free/lowered interest on current balance.
They said no, there is nothing they could do. It was a short call.
I complained via the website about the customer service as they were pretty ignorant. I then had a call a day later and they lowered my interest for 2 years (which will save me quite a bit of money!)
So if you are annoyed with the service let them know!
