My Mum put a T-Mobile sim into her phone yesterday that had a tenner credit on it, with an offer of the 2014 free minutes in 2014.
We signed up to it, but nothing has been added. She bought the five day unlimited T-mobile pass which was £3, but no regular minutes.

I thought it needs a £10 top up to qualify? Reading the t&c it seems to imply that.0

I understand it as top up at least £10 to get the minutes in the following month (so a top up in Feb will get 168 minutes in March).====0
