Hi i am currently on virgin media bb but have been having so many problems with them i want to change.I have searched through many different companies and when i go to check if it is available in my area it says my telephone number is not recognised and i need a bt line.I am not really clued up on these matters so can anyone tell me what do i exactly need to do in order to change?
