Windy and wet here with sleet showers thrown in. DD left her car at the station so I walked down for it and got soaked!

Congratulations NPM and HH.....I seem to have "stuck" on 5 grandchildren as youngest will be 6 next week.
Wea ther still not good here, no flooding thankfully, but DDIL in W Cork has had no electricity since Tuesday and consequently no water, as they have a pump on their well.
All grandchildren here tomorrow for birthday party, made requestedc hocolate sponge a while ago, seems to have turned out ok, one of the DDs will decorate.
Battery running out and charger has been tidied away, so sleep well and stay safe
