Are you maxed out on your card you're trying to do a BT from? Paying the minimum? Either may be the difference between being rejected/accepted or maybe the lender just doesn't want you if it looks like they will make no money from you.

If you can't see any issues you'd as well try another lender. Barclaycard and Fluid also do pre-checks and Nationwide give you a quote before they credit check you.
