Trying to get NHS discount with Vodafone

Filled in the online form for me and my partner within the 30 day window of starting a new contract. Haven't had confirmation of discount. When we've asked on the phone about it they said to fill in the form online and then it's automatic. Not sure what's going on as when looking at my account online it doesn't mention a discount. Anyone else used an employer discount with them before?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?
