numbers on the left

I personally think its high time mse gave serious thought to removing the thanks button, the thanks counter & the number of posts info on the left.

I don't think it "adds" to the forum & I think it helps breed cliques.

We should all be equal, those of us who've been knocking around a long time & the newbies too:)

    Hmmmmmm.
    We could keep the post count, but it statistics, rather than in your face on the left.
    I think newbies shouldn't stick out like sore thumbs the way they do.
    And the thanks button is used as a gang tool by some.

    I know ive seen it and experienced it, but its good as you can see who is doing it, and I then thank all there posts just for devilment. the thankers usually hang back on posting and just thank the one aggressive poster.;)
    it dosent phase me one bit, and it means nothing really, unless you let it get to you.

    Its an improvement idea, it could be an improvement for welcoming newbies.
