If you are going to proceed they should send you a chapter 1 letter (if they are going to charge you) this should contain their complaints procedure. As soon as you get the renunciation start using it. They may well refund you just to get rid of the complaint, if they don't resolve it to your satisfaction you have the right to escalate it to the ombudsman.0
