    your speed estimate should equate to a downstream line attenuation of around 33dB @ 6db target SNRM. Your upstream is rather poor, though, would need to see your line stats to better advise. It may be a cap on your upstream or a poor quality line (quite possible with a 50ms ping). Either way, you're probably going to be better off on a LLU service as it's usually far more stable than an IPStream (i.e. through the BT kit and DLM) service, and don't know about sky, but TT will allow you to have their DLM system turned off on your line if it's stable enough. Also you could see a significant improvement on the upstream too..

    Watcha GJ , yeah but then after a while someone will turn it back on again, as I know, plus plusnet cap their up load at 384k I believe

    ey up dcm :wave: I've not had a problem with TT turning DLM back on, I'm still quite happy sitting here with it off :) Don't see the point of capping upload at a ridiculously-low level on adsl2+, why ???... I always get the full meg up on my TT LLU..
