Bank Charges Question - So close before!

U just need to follow the steps and the letter which is provided!!! It worked for me, I too was in your position - today I received £2500.00 14 days after I sent my letter requesting my charges by recorded delivery... I went on the grounds that I was constantly in a cycle of being in my charges and that Barclays refused to help! Don't be embarrassed to throw out your sob story too.

Did they just pay out or did they assess you as being in "hardship" first?

Never did I think that they would refund my charges but they did to the tune of £2500! The money was in my account 14 days after I sent the letter!

Are you saying you applied previously, and pleaded for help in your financial hardhip claim and were refused, yet you have now made a duplicate claim and they magically paid out?
