Snoozer (((HUG))) I guess all you can do is spend the time he's proselytising thinking your own thoughts and fond memories of your Mum. I hope it all goes as well as possible for you. xIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0

Afternoon all
Hugs to Molly, snoozer & Hilly.
Good news about Jess, LW.
Moorhen, I hope ofsted went ok.
Well done Gonzo.
My family are weird, the Ex & I split up as he wanted to go wife swapping, my hubby's family are even weirder, 4 brothers, one doesn't talk to the other three, ones been having an affair with his secretary for 15 years, & thats the tamer stuff.
I shouted at some schoolkids in Mr T's y'day their behaviour was appalling, I emailed their school & I got an apology from their school & the children are coming in to apologise in person tomorrow.
I've sold some stuff on ebay & made £35 woohoo & I have a few more bits to sell.
Meatloaf, mash & savoy cabbage for tea, I'm really looking forward to it.
Have a good evening everyone.
Hugs HesterChin up, Titus out.0 -
Hi everyone , I haven't posted for a while but had some good news tonight.....
Eldest DD (17) is at the 'applying for uni' stage.....I really hadn't realised how stressful it was going to be. She wants to do a BA in fashion. She had an interview at Manchester a couple of weeks ago and was really upset when she got a rejection email the next day.....convinced she wouldn't get it anywhere, what would she do, etc.
Interview at Northumbria yesterday, she came home thinking it had gone really well, but I was trying to stop her getting her hopes up too much......well she's just had an email and she's got an offer from them. Can't describe how excited she is.....and how relieved!
She's still got 3 unis to hear from and an interview at Nottingham later in February, but at least now we know she's got a place.
She 's just pointed out that I can start looking at student finance when I'm off work next week......0
