  • Ok hunger games r off to much lag anyway back to the drink i can go to the pub and have a pint or 2 and thats it for the day not every day but out with the wife etc or after work having a couple and going home. At the weekends i usually drink more on Fri/Sat and i admit sometimes i do drink to much at the weekends but i don't drink in the morning unless am at a party and we r all having the morning after. I do things with my kids and lead a normal life.
That m7s lead me to have over 60 bottles of wine in the garage which i ended up drinking within 2 weeks and 2 me that was a problem hence aa but i realise i was worried about my health (still ongoing) and the boredom got to me as i can't work atm so as i said before a bit confused atm. thank u all for reading this.
I would give u all the serenity prayer but am not sure i need it never mind u lot. :)

I do think you need to really analysis why you justified your previous drinking to the level you could justify returning to drinking in just a few weeks.

Many people who have a problem with alcohol are not alcoholics.. consider that you have to loose and the cost implications if you carry on drinking....... your health.

Your children will see you and normalise this behaviour and lets face it no one can justify 60 bottles of wine in 2 weeks!

    Lecture over (sorry)

From Drink Aware......definition of Binge Drinking which could easily apply to me and most of my friends.

Who drinks 2 large glasses of wine on a Friday night ladies:o

"The government advises that people should not regularly drink more than the lower risk guidelines of 3-4 units of alcohol for men (equivalent to a pint and a half of 4% beer) and 2-3 units of alcohol for women (equivalent to a 175 ml glass of wine). ‘Regularly’ means drinking every day or most days of the week.

Binge drinking for men, therefore, is drinking more than 8 units of alcohol – or about three pints of strong beer. For women, it’s drinking more than 6 units of alcohol, equivalent to two large glasses of wine."

that's lovely logie, its my sisters babys funeral this Friday he was born at 27 weeks will be nice when it is over so to speak just waiting on post mortem results. I think she is having a tattoo with his little footprint on :)

I know what you mean. I always have a feeling of being in limbo between the death of a loved one and the funeral. I hope it all goes as smoothly as possible :A
I hope the post mortem gives you all some answers. It is such a long wait for the results :(
I think the tattoo is a lovely memorial that will always be with her. I've got no tattoos as I'm a scaredy cat but there is some lovely memorial jewellery that you can have baby's footprints on too.

I had a dispatched email on Friday. I read somewhere that the store would ring you when it was available to collect in store. I haven't checked the website to see what it says there

Edit: Savvy, before you ask why I didn't just go Morries, it's way to far for me to walk :D
I'm more of an A apg shopper than a T pp shopper and there is probably a really simple answer to this, but, can anyone tell me why it appears that this pp hasn't picked up the 5 for £3 or 8 for £4 in A?

Is it that it has been missed or does it actually show at the end total of the pp?

    Thanks.
