Doc gave me some Amitriptyline as couldn't sleep due to pain in both shoulders, it was also to help me not to get so stressed with hubby's health problems. I'm now joining him in his morphine induced sleeps both day & night - I don't think I've ever slept so much!
Hubby got to finally see knee consultant (after 15 months) last week. He was told he's too young for knee replacement at 61! Do they really expect him to be in a wheelchair on morphine for pain until he's 70! He will do an arthroscopy on his knee in the summer  and see if he is a candidate for a partial knee replacement - 30% chance of op. being all he needs. OMG! Poor devil has had to go through numerous tests and still has more to go through to ensure he'll be OK for this much needed op. He's still blacking out and having anaphylaxis episodes amongst other things. However I'm coping with it all a lot better having some sleep and taking my tablets.
Goodness, you really have got it all going on havent you? Shame on the consultant for not sorting your husband out properly

Had lots of fun trying to do the KFC challenge properly with the family. Tried once with my eyes shut and even failed then! Son was a lot better at it.
Thank you dee dee for the big birds and explaining so well how to do a CC.
