You enjoy your weekend too. :)
I hope your legs cramps aren't still keeping you awake at night.
Apparently it helps to drink water just before you go to bed.

I've really upped my water intake wacky as I was feeling dehydrated on a morning. It seems to have worked. I'm aiming for at least 6 large glasses a day.:)

    Gorgeous day here too E:T

You have made me feel like washing the sheets and hanging them out on the line. Sunny and windy. Perfect combination:T

My sheets are about to go out :D Followed in approximately 1.5 hours by my towels, closely followed by me :D I need to blow the cobwebs away :D

Flo flo. How can you go anyone when the morning crew are so bubbly.

I do a standard 40 hour week so I don t get to read post past 9pm.

When I have heard of bad behaviour before it's been late at night. If this is the case . Switch off then .

I loved it when you told of passing your driving test.

The only reason I don t post pictures is because I still don t know what to do.

Sorry you feel taken advantage off.

Will the womble rescue any of it? I very very much doubt it.

[Checked.] No - absolutely nothing:mad:, far cheaper than everyone due to what they bought. And nothing of any note. Sorry I think I'll go and sit by myself in the corner now and need some downtime to recover:rotfl: - I will be back with you at some time, promise!:):)

  • I think we need to stop blaming/accusing the "usual people" for something there doesn't seem to be any evidence of. I have read all the thread and don't recall any negative posts about Flo.

Also a lot of the regular posters don't seem to remember anything which is unusual unless it was a very quick delete.

I don't think Flo has actually read anything either as the post said "I hear".

The person who told Flo may have actually misinformed, so it may be best to just leave it as it is.

We don't want people to be targeted for any reason but there doesn't seem to be any evidence of anything actually happening here.

Jeez, that much water might stop the cramps but it certainly won't stop you waking up in the night - you'll be up and down like a tarts knickers going to the loo ! My first week or two on the 5:2 diet with extra water had me out about 5 times every night.
