Have you tried increasing your potassium? I got bad cramps when pregnant but went away if I had a banana ( yuk) or jacket potato (you have to eat the skin though). Worked brilliantly for me. Hope you have a bed night.
Thankyou also for this but again Bananas and jacket potatoes are two things I eat on a regular basis and always eat the skin as i think this is the best part:TNow I really am off to bed:A0 -
