    :rotfl: I hadn't looked at the calendar - I do apologise for anyone easily offended by nudity or poop.

    I've had to go back and search and I can't find the calendar.

    I was looking forward to being offended:o

    If you like tonic water, that's what my doctor recommended. I hate the taste though so I didn't try it, luckily the cramps went away by themselves

    Thankyou pk04 but like you I also do not like tonic water with or without alcohol;)so this really is not an option for me.My D Sis Auntielala also suffers with the night cramps as well as our late DM so am wondering if it might run in the Family.When Auntielala was having her Chemo she was not allowed to take medication if she got them but doctor told her to have half of a tomato covered in salt and this did the trick for her :Tbut sadly not for me.
    Goodnight all :AI am off to bed now and hopefully will have a cramp free night;)

    Evening lovelies! Have been MIA for the past week due to builders, work and a very nasty bug courtesy of DD which laid me low but which I am now recovering from. I've just skipped the last few pages, haven't a hope of catching up but trust all are well.

    77% posh.:D :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:(And I was one of the few who wasn't in M7S recently :D).

    My little present for you all is coming along, I showed what I'd got done to DD and she said "You 're bonkers mum," but not unkindly and she did laugh. I hope you will too when it's done. :)

    Scamps sweetheart, it sounds to me at the very least that your DW is very confused, and at worst not treating you very kindly. There is no rush, let your heart heal a bit and then see what feels right for you. If you do get back together ultimately, it will be all the better if she knows you are not a pushover, and really, you want to be a husband, not a parent to her. (She's got more than enough of those already). Good luck hun. xx :A

    I'm very excited for our surprise :)

    Have you tried increasing your potassium? I got bad cramps when pregnant but went away if I had a banana ( yuk) or jacket potato (you have to eat the skin though). Worked brilliantly for me. Hope you have a bed night.
