Managed to get 15 jars of the Kenco 75p coffee at the weekend, thanks to OP, so just hope I like it :rotfl:

Also got 20 x 150g refill packs of Carte Noir Classic for £1.21 each. It was the wrong one, but some silly shelf filler had put it in the wrong place, by the SEL at £1.21 and Supervisor said I could have it :j

Does anyone have further details of these please? I knew about the Eco Decaf but don't recall seeing the other two mentioned?

    Many thanks

Sarah I wouldn't put in the cauli or broccoli either, firstly it prob would go soggy as it cooks a lot faster than the rest but also I'm sure I read that both taste a bit strange when cooked in a slow cooker. I would just put in the "hard" veg at the bottom, I would'nt bother browning the chicken either. And leave the skin on too. top up with stock.

I've done lots in the slow cooker and it's hard to mess up! 6-8 hours on low for this or about 4 on high, hope you are not doing it tonight! And don't take the lid off at all, certainly not for the first 2-3 hours at least. :)

Thanks for letting me know, will report back tomorrow, after we have eaten.
Can't see so well in pic but lighter shades were all little lovehearts, especially for a cuddle up for my gs when I wasn't there, so sentimental.

It was only the 2nd one I'd made back then. Have loads now (well about 12 given to friends & family), they get better each time.
Really hard work with the carpal tunnel, I've been know to cry and give up many times.
Had the ops on both hands about 8yrs ago, but sadly for me it didn't work :(

Can understand you being upset, it is heartbreaking when you have spent so long making it for someone to then pinch it. I had both my hands done aswell, and not worked for me either, surprising how many it doesnt work for.

    Apologies if already reported

M have apparently an offer on their Saturday Night Takeaway curries - half price to £1.75:

Worth watching out for as may be a good match for the BNI in T PP?

Ive cooked cauli and broccoli loads of times in the slow cooker, they don't go soggy.
I do agree with the strange taste tho, although thats mainly the cauli that soaks up the flavour of the stock.
I always seal the chicken first as it stops the scum forming, although ive never used chicken with skin on.

Can anybody shed any light on this one?

I did an SG sada shop today about 10 am

When I try the APG it asks me to try again latter.
Then whenI try a different receipt from today it works fine both from the same store?

    TIA

Are you sure that you have 8 items (maybe one of the ones you have has gone missing in action for some reason best known to MSMS/APG?).

I have been looking at head and shoulders and not showing in the A 3 for £10.
Happy to take a gamble if someone would like to tell me what to buy.
Think it was the miracle cure aussie that compared the best.

The one not showing which works as a trigger is the dark blue bottle Intensive Treatment 400ml.

Now I am getting confused, do I put in or not.

Do you all take the skin off the chicken or brown it first. I am slowly talking myself out of using it.

I have put cauli and broccoli in before but they did go a little mushy. Didn't ruin the overall dish though.

I think a lot of it about browning meat etc is just personal taste. I brown meat off if making a casserole on the hob and I do the same with the slow cooker. I deglaze the residue in the pan with some stock and add that to the slow cooker.
My MIL however doesn't bother to brown off her meat for any sort of casserole.
You won't ruin in, they are both perfectly edible it's just a case of slowly experimenting yourself and finding your own way of doing it :) It also depends how much time you have ;) There are some good tips here; http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/howto/guide/10-top-tips-using-slow-cooker
