Gosh Locarr. You really are very kind to me. Hope you are keeping well.
Was at the gym the other day. Guy who runs it gave me a taster of his protein shake (sounds dirty, but it's not!). He mixed his protein whey with 2tsp of peanut butter and a sachet of porridge oats. I thought it would taste vile but it actually tasted delish, plus it kept me full up for ages. Definitely going to give it a whirl. You ever tried anything like that or do you just stick no normal protein shakes?
PS. TWEETS my gorgeous young lady friend, how are you? Hope you are well.

And I like a little red pepper, chopped apple and a few sultans in the mix too. Or how about mushroom pate to go with some glitchy ciabatta? Lots of mushrooms fried in butter, then blitzed, then add garlic, a little Marmite and black pepper and cool, before mixing with Philadelphia and chopped parsley.

Am thinking of doing a C&C order for T's valentine's meal for tomorrow morning - I know that the comparison arrives in an email shortly after collection, but does C&C work in the same way as an instore shop in terms of fillers etc? TIA0
