Was at the gym the other day. Guy who runs it gave me a taster of his protein shake (sounds dirty, but it's not!). He mixed his protein whey with 2tsp of peanut butter and a sachet of porridge oats. I thought it would taste vile but it actually tasted delish, plus it kept me full up for ages. Definitely going to give it a whirl. You ever tried anything like that or do you just stick no normal protein shakes?

Yes, Nanny, I do get around (that sounds dreadful ) because of work. It does make it easier for dtd not going to the same ones.
Staying in tomorrow. Car going in for repair. :mad: Doing CHAS (where's Lala when you need her? Positive if I need help that she'll be there - she's given me unstinting help the last couple of years :beer:)

I missed the comments re: wine bottle between the legs.

But please remember the basic laws of physics .... we do not want an influx of Elite at A & E with internal organs inside bottles of wine!!

(As I have been missing I thought I had to lower the tone a little!)
