changing a euro card to a sterling one

I have a mbna euro card having lived in Ireland for the last 7 years .I am trying to get the balance or some of it over to a 0% card here but I am having a problem with that. Has anyone got any ideas

What problems? Have you got a 0% card already? If so, you should have gone for one that offered Super transfers
Alternatively you could have got a card with 0% on Purchases to use the 'saved' money for paying off your € card.0
