Can't see cpw cancelling your contract
You need to buy yourself out and hopefully if you sell phone it will cover0 -
Anybody can provide advice to return phone.
The best you can do is sell the phone. It's currently 'unlocked', but will lock to the first network it connects to.0 -

Sell it and try to negotiate an early termination discount.
It's a contract, you are bound by it.====0 -
Some networks allow the contract holder to change. For this to happen you'll need to find someone who wants the contract and the phone and who will pass the same credit check you went through.
If the phone's brand new this might work. However, if I was in the position of being offered this contract and phone I'd be asking for you to pay me money to take it on.0 -
Yeah no chance they are going to give you a refund. There's no reason for them too.
I would get the phone unlocked and sell it on eBay or something. Then just use the cash to pay off the contract. Maybe you will break even.0 -
