AIDA64 it's not free it's a 30-day free trial. Speccy might be an alternative. In any case, with Medion it's likely to be dust same problem I have with a very much older Medion running on XP. You've just got to bite-the-bullet, remove the cover and hoover away

Next time it shuts down place your hand on top of the case (assuming that the PSU is situated at the top of the case). Does it feel hot?. If so, then it will be your PSU that needs replacing.
I speak from experience as my PC started to randomly shut down. As I had overclocked the CPU, I dropped the CPU back down to standard & even turned-off the 'Smart fan' option in the BIOS but to no avail.
Next, I checked the PSU power output lines & all was well. I then put my hand on top of the PC and it was very hot. Bingo!. Overheating PSU.
Replaced PSU and the problem has gone away.Never Knowingly Understood.
