  • what mr simster 69 fails to point out that is that the only reason his car was used as a deposit on the new car was that i already had my own car a pug 206 quicksilver that he wrote off and when the insurance paid out £1700 we gave it to a family member to keep hold of then we wouldnt spend it as we would need to get another car at some point but for the time being it was pointless as he had a company vehicle.

Simster also fails to point out that on my many trips to currys i also purchased a 3d 50inch tv at £1000 (we didnt need) and a sony playstation (i have never played on) all on buy now pay in 6 months and we were supposed to be saving the money up in the space of the 6months which never happened so had no choice but to put them onto creditcards, so had to take the £1700 from the payout of my insurance and pay off the cards.

Can i also bring into the equation we split in june of 2013 when there was £800 (joint savings) in a bank account ready to pay his tax bill that he took with him so am i not entitled to half of that back aswel?

i have had the total amount of £460 from simster since June 2013 and have been promised every month that he would help me out with the bills and maintenance for our daughter, he agreed to £100 a month for bills he agreed to pay me the total of £900 as i was more than aware not all of the debt was his!!

after receiving nothing but grief when i asked for the money he had agreed to pay i sought legal action, as empty promises dont feed my children i have tex message proof that he has agreed to pay and would receive the payments yet i am still waiting, he seems to think that jumping on here and making himself out hard done by would get him some votes.

in regards to putting him onto my mortgage and joint account etc i certainly would not!! i have an amazing credit report as i pay my bills every month dont have lots of credit accounts and am well within my spending threshold, the reason simster wasn't added to them was the banks mortgage advisor explained due to his his appalling credit score it would make more damage to mine than my good credit would make his better, so as for him getting a new car we had no choice but to put it in my name as i could get credit, the car he had 1.4 golf valued at £1600 at time of part ex cost him over £12000 as he had to purchase the car through welcome finance who only lend to poor credit people

so please MR SIMSTER69 get your story straight and ready for the solicitors!!!:

  • Thanks to all for your advice I will now retire from here Gemma I'm not going to read the post if you cannot accept the contents of my posts fine but have some respect for the forum this isn't Jeremy Kyle it's simply to seek advice.
  • you are well within your rights to seek advice for the legal action i have taken that i am not disputing, what i am doing is setting the record straight as u seem fit to make me out to whatever u think, u cannot ask these people to make comment when they only know half a story, u have failed to inform them of the whole truth and have only made comment on my own expenditure and at no point have you mentioned your own.

like for instace the various trips to currys?? at what point have i benefited from a trip to currys?? u also miss the point that i purchased a £200 nas drive u have in your possession that went on a card as you wasnt prepared to save up u wanted it there and then that goes hand in hand with the 50 inch tv we didnt need, the £300 laptop (yes the 1 i broke) we also didnt need!!! so please if you are going to ask for help please inform these people fully :(:(

  • to those who are not here to offer advice can i please ask that you do not encourage her...to Bantex yes you are correct we do have a child together and i am trying as hard as possible to not confuse the two issues hence the reason i did not confirm to my ex that i had received the claim but instead went about collating advice in order to defend myself please only advise if you have advice and attempt to ignore the obvious attempt at turning this thread into an extension of her Facebook page thanks

Now that you know that she is 'watching' what you are doing it is probably for the best if you seek advice elsewhere.

If you want to continue arguing about your relationship then there is an entire section - The Marriage, Relationships and Families Board - where it would be more appropriate to post.
