Nokia Lumia 625 - how to add folders
e-mail folders that is, to my existing e mail address.
All I've got is In, Out, Drafts, Sent and Deleted which were set up automatically when I added my e mail.
I want to set up more, into which I can move e mails so I don't delete from the In folder by mistake.
I've googled and checked various Nokia boards but to no avail - plenty of info about setting up new email addresses though.
I'm on TalkTalk and already have folders set up which I access from my netbook and desktop - as a side question is it poss to access these files from the phone too ?
Any help would be gratefully received.
Thanks
EM xx

You cannot add folders from the email section of your phone only via the Website for your mail. For example at hotmail/outlook you would go to outlook.com login and create there. Syncing your phone up should let you then go to folders within the mail part of your phone and view your new folder.
Any existing folders created online should appear there too. In the folders option there should be a see all folders link.0
