Could you elaborate in this please. Why do they do this? Any way you can tell if a number you are about to call is Lyca?

Ovivo give you 200 free minutes each month (as well as 300 free texts and 500 free mb) and voicemail is part of the free minutes, so as long as you staying within 200 minutes voicemail is free.
