Survived the long work day! Thanks for taking an interest direction and giblet. No spend today. Tea was out the freezer. I even had a glass of wine left over from yesterday...relaxing now.
Sorted out the pantry too. Enough food to last, just not very exciting! The Boy Called Jack book will be coming out between now and payday. Feeling glad the debt total is going down and I've lived within budget for FIVE months! Yeah!Feb 2014 to now

Another no spend day on the cards. Worrying about home insurance today. Need to make a claim, so got the paperwork out only to find the company I thought we were with had lapsed. I'm going to have to go through everything tonight to try find it.
I had a day off in Jan to do a money makeover and am certain it got changed when I did that. Now I'm panicking. Maybe I didn't switch the DD over when I changed banks. Definitely going to have to sort it out when I get home tonight. Lordy, Lordy. There's always something to test you!
Just goes to show personal finances definitely need to be treated seriously like a proper job. I thought I'd got it all covered, but maybe I've taken my eye off the ball a bit and made a mistake with the home insurance. We'll see.
Have a good day...it's a sunny one.Feb 2014 to now

Panic over. I did change companies when doing the money makeover. Found it and will get sorted. Must keep all paperwork properly organised. It's better than it was, but I'll have to look into doing a proper filing system rather than everything getting put in date order.Feb 2014 to now

I had to make a claim on my car insurance after someone drove into me. I was sat in a phone queue for about 20 mins only to be told my policy had lapsed. Luckily they could see on the database who I was insured with and the policy number.Sealed pot challenge 822
