cow have replaced my faulty phone bought Nov 2013

It went into repair twice and I bbelieve they have now issued a refurB handset for collection . Can I refuse to accept this order and say I want an alternative handset and or refund as the original phone is not fit for purpose

The rule seems to be that the dealer will repair/replace the faulty product, whichever is the cheapest for them.
